I have been following you gor years. I have purchased almost every product of your esteemed brand.
I have purchased many healed crystals from your website as well. But this time I faced a problem.
I placed an order of premium amethyst pendant. I paid 1430 rs for it.
I received a pendant which doesn’t look like a premium one. It looks like the regular amethyst pendant. It has no yellowish tinge in it. Neither it looks like a part of cluster.
I am in big confusion now. I told your customer care. But they gave me no clear answer as such. I am not convinced with their response.
I have mailed my payment receipt and the pictures of the pendant for your reference.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
